Hiroshima Guesthouse EN is now recruiting friendly, motivated helpers to join our community.
ヘルパースタッフ
縁に住み込みでお掃除をしながら、
国内外から来る方との様々な出会いの中で自分とも向き合うことが出来る環境です。
ゲストさんを最高の状態でお迎えするため、一緒に素敵な場づくりをしていきましょう。
給与としての収入は発生しませんが、たくさんの面白い方との出会いがあります！
Helper staff are mainly involved in cleaning and bed making at our guesthouse, to ensure a pleasant experience for all of our guests. EN’s helpers become an integral part of our community and have access to various opportunities and experiences.
While helpers do not earn a salary, they are offered free lodging and homemade dinners in exchange for their work.

What did you enjoy or impress with working?
ドミトリーの下がBARになっていて、そこで扱われている食材の多くが繋がりのある人から購入したものであること。実際に生産している方と会うことができたのでよかったです。
The first floor is a BAR, and most of the foods are purchased from people with a connection. It was good that I could meet the producers.

求めれば、いくらでも出会いのある場所です。多すぎて全部に関わるのが大変なくらいですが、自分がピンときた方と繋がっていってください♪
You can meet a lot of peoples as much as you want. It’s too much and it’s hard to get involved with everything, but please connect with the person you’ve pinned to ♪
- 期間：最低1ヶ月～12ヶ月
- 時間：1日4時間程度
- 内容：ベットメイキング、ブログの更新、チェックイン業務、併設Barのお手伝い等
- 休み：週2日（相談して連休もとれます！）
- 住居と、まかない（夜）を支給いたします。
- 英語は必須ではありません。
- Duration: 1 – 12 months
- Time: About 4 hours per day
- Job description: bed making, blog updates, guest check-in, help at the bar, etc.
- Days off: 2 days per week
- Benefits: free lodging, free dinners
- English is not required
